    1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, 40g oats, 20g almonds - blended to make batter. 
    Sauce - 50g blueberries and 1 stick of stevia - microwave for 1 minute. 
    Ice cream- 1 scoop of punish protein of choice with 120mls water and a dash of almond milk. - shake and freeze. Let defrost for 15-20mins to scoop and place onto of pancake stack.

    1/3 cup dried cranberries
    1 teaspoon cocao
    4 tbsp coconut oil
    Sprinkle of coconut 
    2ttbs fibre
    1-2 tbs of water or until binded.

    White Chocolate Protein Balls (Makes 12)


    Mix ingredients together and roll into 12 balls and set in fridge

    120g Punish Nutrition Vanilla Protein Powder
    10ml Vanilla Essence
    60g Almond Meal (Blend Almonds together)
    60g Chopped Cranberries
    60g Puffed Rice
    40ml Coconut Oil
    40ml Water

    *You can roll each ball through shredded coconut for additional coco-nutty flavour!!

    2 x White Chocolate Protein Balls

    Protein Crust
    1scoop PUNISH WPI Choc protein 
    1C Dates
    1C Walnuts or Almonds
    2Tbsp Coconut Oil
    Pulse until fine texture and press into lined dish. Place in Freezer.
     
    Caramel 
    1/2C Coconut Oil
    1 C cashews (soak in hot water 20min)
    1C pitted Dates
    1 heaped Tbsp Tahini (sesame paste)
    1/3C Water
    1/2C Organic or Sugarfree Maple Syrup
     
    Chocolate
    1/2C Cacao
    1/2C Organic Maple Syrup
    1/2C Coconut Oil
     
    Pulse all ingredients together until a smooth consistency, pour into crust. Freeze to set.

    Coconut chia protein puddings.

    270ml coconut milk.
    270ml coconut cream.
    1/4 cup chia co chia seeds.
    2 table spoons yoghurt.
    1 scoop punish choc protien powder.
    2 table spoons cinnamon.
    1 tea spoon nutmeg.
    1 tablespoon honey.
    1 tablespoon coconut for garnish.
     
    Mix all ingredients together well, pour into serving size containers and garnish with coconut. Refrigerate overnight.
     
    Ideal for a light, high omega3 and protien snack.
