Protein Pancakes using Australia's best natural protein
Another great healthy recipe from one of our customers!
Coconut protein pancakes with my clean chocolate chips
3 tbsp coconut flour
1 scoop @punishfightgearandnutrition vanilla protein
50g organic oats
1 egg
40mls almond milk
Blitz in a blender I used the mix n goCooked into small pancakes in coconut oil
Topped with my clean chocolate diced up into chips and organic maple.

40g oats
20g Punish vanilla protein
1 egg
1/2 tsp organic peanut butter
20mls water
Cinnamon
Blend and spoon out into 4 biscuits. Top with 2 blueberries on each.

1scoop Punish Natural Nutrition Vanilla WPI
1/4C Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk
1 egg White
1Tbsp Coconut Flour
1tsp Natural Vanilla
1Tbsp Gluten Free Choc-chips
Bake in oven on 200 for 15min (don't over cook so protein doesn't dry out).
Icing: Punish Natural Choc Protein mixed with a little water.

PROTEIN BALLS - TEGAN (FLAUNT FITNESS) using Punish Protein
Ingredients1/2 Cup Raw Cacao Powder3 Scoops Punish Vegan Rice Protein (RP90) Choc Flavour2 Tbsp Mayvers Hazelnut Cacao Spread ORNatural Peanut Butter1/4 Cup Chia Seeds1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Coconut Oil3 Cups Almond Meal1/2 Cup Rice Malt Syrup1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut2 Tbsp Maca Powder (Optional)MethodAdd all ingredients other than Coconut Oil into a large bowl or Food Processor and combine. Gradually add Coconut Oil until mixture forms a sticky texture. Add a little extra Coconut Oil if needed. Roll into balls (coat in shredded coconut if desired) and put into freezer for 30 minutes. Remove from freezer and store in refrigerator (and resist temptation to eat them all at once).
