RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Items will not be deemed faulty if it is normal wear and tear.
Items on special will not be refunded for any reason.
You are NOT entitled to a refund if you:
- Simply change your mind, have ordered the wrong product, colour or size, or no longer want the goods after purchasing;
- Realise you can no longer afford the goods after purchase;
- Found the same item at a cheaper price elsewhere;
- Choose the wrong size, flavour or colour;
- Knew about the particular fault prior to purchase;
- Provide us with the incorrect shipping address and the parcel was sent to that incorrect address.
- Any out of stock items will be noted as such on our site.
Payment can be via the following methods:
- Credit Card
- Direct Deposit (EFT)
- EFTPOS (in store)

We aim to provide all of our customers with a safe online shopping experience. Our system encodes your credit card and contact details to ensure its safe transfer to us.
We respect your privacy and personal information, and will not share it with anyone else. We may use your email address to send our email newsletters and other announcements regarding promotions, new products and special features. Should you wish to be removed from our mailing list at any time, please let us know via email.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders In Australia
All retail orders inside Australia are shipped at no charge except for some remote areas and some WA addresses;
We will endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible once payment has been confirmed. Please allow 3 – 15 business working days for free shipping & delivery.
Express Services means we will select the fastest shipping method available to us for the $20 shipping rate. If the total of your products ordered fits into an Australia post 5kg express satchel and weighs no more than 5kg we will send with an Australia post express satchel.
If your total order is too large to fit into one Australia post express satchel or weighs more than 5kg we will use another express shipping courier option usually star track express service.
If the express service option is going to cost more than $20 we will contact you and advise you that there will be extra shipping costs which you will have the option to either pay or advise us to use the normal free shipping option instead and if you already paid for the $20 express option and wish to change to the free option we will refund the $20 if you no longer require it.
Please note, all wholesale/reseller orders will be required to pay shipping charges;
In the event that you are not home to receive your delivery, a courier calling card will always be left, you will then have two days to contact the details on the courier card to organise another delivery time. Should you fail to contact the courier company and your delivery is returned to Punish, this will incur "you" the customer additional freight charges for your products to be resent.
Leaving parcel at door:
If you advise us to instruct the courier to leave your parcel at your door if you are not home we will do this for you. By instructing us to do this on your behalf you accept that punish will not be held responsible if your parcel goes missing or if you do not receive your order and punish will not refund or replace your products.
International orders from outside of Australia will incur shipping charges which are calculated on checkout. Your order will be sent via express post through Australia Post or a courier company.
Once you have placed your International order from outside Australia, If the postage has excess costs or the weight is over 5kg and requires extra shipping charges we will contact you via email with a separate invoice for the excess shipping charge.
If this occurs the customer must pay the excess shipping charges before your order is sent.
Once you have placed your order you will be sent an email requesting security payment confirmation information and will need to to reply with in 48hrs so we can confirm your payment method and then ship your order.
The customer placing the order is responsible for payment of any duties & taxes applied in the destination country.
Our company will not refund or reimburse the customer for orders or shipping costs if the order is returned for any reason.
Please allow 5 to 15 Business days for International deliveries.
