Puddin Cake Recipe using Punish Protein by Jenni Athena Personal Training
A delicious twist on boring oats or eggs for breakfast!!
VANILLA PROTEIN PUDDIN CAKE 💗
In a greased mug (I use coconut oil) mix:
1/3C Oat flour
(grind oats to a flour consistency in a food processor)
1/2tsp Natural Vanilla
1 Egg white
1Tbsp Natural Greek Yoghurt
1/4C Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Cinnamon
Stevia to taste
1/2tsp Baking PowderMicrowave for 2min so still moist.
ICING
1scoop Vanilla Protein ( Punish Natural Nutrition WPI)

Helen sent through quite a few different recipes and here is one of them.Great little summer recipe that is very simple and healthy using Australia's Best Branched Chain Amino Acids by Punish!
Punish BCAA Jelly's
2 scoops Punish summer fruits or Berry Flavour Bcaa
1 1/2 table spoon gelatine powder
200g boiling water
400g cold water
Desired fruit (optional)Add bcaa to cold water, stir. Add boiling water and gelatine. Let sit in fridge until firm.
So Simple! Enjoy!

1 x Scoop Punish Natural Nutrition Fat Burning Protein Shake Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 x egg whites
Add water to make Pancake consistency
40g Peanut ButterMethod
Mix together Punish Natural Nutrition Fat Burning Protein Shake Powder with Baking Powder. Add in egg whites & mix until it turns into a paste. Add water to get desired consistency.Cooking
Pour mixture into heated pan. Once bubbles appear add dollop Peanut Butter on top. Fold Pancake in half. Turn over for further 2 mins or until cooked through.Top with your favourite topping & enjoy.

Protein Cinnamon Scroll recipe
Punish Vanilla Protein Cinnamon Scrolls!!!

Guilt-free Cinnamon Scrolls packed with protein for breakfast or a snack...{Feel Free to share Recipe}❤️
Scrolls
4 Egg Whites
1/4C Almond Milk1scoop Punish Vanilla protein
1Tbsp Cinnamon
Icing
2scoops punish Vanilla Protein
1/4 Greek Yoghurt
1tsp CinnamonMix scroll mixture and cook in a pan on low for 10min, without turning!
Cut into strips, spread icing and roll.
