Punish Nutrtion hints and tips for a balanced diet!
Below are a few hints and tips from our valued customers on ways they keep on top of their daily diet.
- Find a diet that works in well with your lifestyle. Every person is different, find what works for you and be prepared to tweak it to suit.
- The 5 P's. Prior Preperation Prevents Poor Performance. This includes planning out your meals, shopping list and preparing your meals for the upcoming week.
- Everything in moderation. Don't burn yourself out by sticking to a strict diet 24/7. If you have been great with your diet all week, reward yourself with a treat. But remember "moderation"
-Drink plenty of water daily. Keep your body hydrated and you will see the rewards. 3-4 litres daily is recommended.
- Routine, routine. routine. Sticking to a routine keeps you accountable and honest. Once in a routine, daily diet task's become second nature.

Guilt-free Cinnamon Scrolls packed with protein for breakfast or a snack...{Feel Free to share Recipe}❤️
Scrolls
4 Egg Whites
1/4C Almond Milk1scoop Punish Vanilla protein
1Tbsp Cinnamon
Icing
2scoops punish Vanilla Protein
1/4 Greek Yoghurt
1tsp CinnamonMix scroll mixture and cook in a pan on low for 10min, without turning!
Cut into strips, spread icing and roll.

Soooo this is my gainzzzz ? my nutrition has been all over the show since my last BB comp & it can get tough when u don't have a goal in sight..My nutrition has been back on point lately except my mad cravings for chocolate after training & then I'd end up smashing back a block of choc each night ??? And today my Bae bought me my ultimate go to when cutting #punish #supplements These are the most clean supps that actually work & a bonus is they taste farken amazing..A lil secret that was shared with me for my lil night time treat, 1 scoop Choc punish protein, add enough cold water to make a smooth mix then a tablespoon coconut oil, mix and then eat as is or place in fridge to cool for a bit..I can do it with punish coz it's soooo delish @punishfightgearandnutrition. -
