Puddin Cake Recipe using Punish Protein by Jenni Athena Personal Training
A delicious twist on boring oats or eggs for breakfast!!
VANILLA PROTEIN PUDDIN CAKE 💗
In a greased mug (I use coconut oil) mix:
1/3C Oat flour
(grind oats to a flour consistency in a food processor)
1/2tsp Natural Vanilla
1 Egg white
1Tbsp Natural Greek Yoghurt
1/4C Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Cinnamon
Stevia to taste
1/2tsp Baking Powder
Microwave for 2min so still moist.
ICING
1scoop Vanilla Protein ( Punish Natural Nutrition WPI)
Natural Greek Yoghurt.
