1 Whole Egg
1/2C Cottage Cheese
1/2 Oats
1 scoop Protein (Punish Natural Nutrition WPI)
Cinnamon

Blend and cook in heated pan with coconut oil.

**Serve with optional Pure Maple Syrup or Chobani Yoghurt mixed with Stevia and vanilla, topped with berries and almonds.
